When I talk to residents about the positive things happening in the borough and the plans that lay ahead, people understandably ask what these plans are and how they might be achieved. Very valid questions. So, I am very pleased to be able to share Great Yarmouth Borough Council's Annual Action Plan for the year ahead. This document not only gives the goals that the local authority aims for, but also how these will be delivered.
